Pictured in this photograph is the home built by or for Anton Zverina Jr. in 1905-1906. The house served as the residence of his family until 1962. At the time this photograph was taken 1977, new owners were attempting to use the property as a night club. The proposed new use failed when they were unable to secure a liquor license.
